OUR POLICIES
*We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason that you do so 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges.*
Appointments must be reserved with a credit card.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the first time will result in 50% charge of your service/s scheduled. The second time will be 100% charge of the service/s scheduled.
No call/no show will results in 100% chart of the full service scheduled.
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for change of clothing (if necessary) or for any paperwork that may need to be filled out. MAC's Lash & Skin Studio cannot extend time for late arrivals. The full charge will be applied for scheduled service.
*If you will be receiving eyelash extensions please come with all of the eye makeup removed. This ensure that your lash stylist will be spending the entire time applying lash extensions.
*Payments can be made in cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
*Gratuity can be accepted in cash, check (made out to stylist) or Venmo, sorry we cannot add the gratuity to credit card transactions.
